We want you to love your copper glasses. If they aren’t right for you, send them back within 30 days of delivery and get your money back.

We email you a free prepaid return label. Pack the glasses in any box and drop it off.

Refund right away

As soon as your return is delivered to us, your refund is issued immediately to your original payment method.

The details

  • Window: 30 days from the day your order is delivered.
  • Cost: returns are free. We send the prepaid label.
  • Partial returns: you can return some of the sets in an order and keep the rest. You’re refunded for the sets you send back.
  • Refund timing: we issue the refund the moment the carrier shows your return delivered to us. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Arrived damaged? Start a return and choose “It arrived damaged”, or reply to your order email with a photo. We’ll make it right.

Seeing dark spots?

That’s completely natural. It’s called patina, and those dark spots are actually scientific proof that your glass is pure, real copper reacting with air and water. A little lemon and salt brings the shine right back in about a minute. If you’d still like to return it, that’s absolutely fine.
